**Goldfish with Fin Rot**?
I have a goldfish who has seem to come down with fin rot. I’ve treated him with Maracyn twice. I’m just wondering, how do you know if it’s gone? Does the parts of his tail that deteriated from the fin rot grow back or just stay the way they are now? Should I still keep treating him with Maracyn just in case? Oh, and just so you know, I clean his tank once every week or two, clean his filter once a month, and although I do feed him everyday, he eats everything I feed him in just a few minutes.

Fin and tail rot?
I have a 65 gallon tank with Angelfish , botia, flying fox, danios and a few runny nose tetras. One of my angels tails and fins are rotting off. I have been treating with melafix for two days now. none of the other fish seem to have any rot at all. Is this common for one fish out 20 to have it and the rest not at all? Also is melafix the best choice for a cure? I do two week water changes and also keep a close eye on all the differant water quality levels in the tank. I dont over feed or over stress my fish. I was also wondering how fish get fin rot?

Guppies easy question!?
I have two guppies in a 10 gallon tank. Im not sure the sex of them. The smaller guppie keeps trying to bite the larger guppie on its sides and its tail, the smaller guppie also chases the larger one is that ok?
What do I do if it is female and she could be pregnant! because I think she is female but im not sure is she is pregant! The other one keeps chasing it!
My fish tank has a yellow fog to it..?
i have a 20 gallon tank with a under gravel filter, and 2 top filters “rated at,”1″ 10gal,”1″ 20gal,” i have about 27 assorted plants in it.. 5 Tiger Barb’s, 1 Beta Crown Tail, 2 Gerome’s, 1 Catfish, 1 Chinese algae eater, and 4 “Baby” Electric Blue Cichlid’s “temp, soon to be in 55gal,” all add up to exactly 18 inch’s total.. i feed them 2 times a day, once at 9am and once at 9pm, about a quarter size of food. i have taken all the plant’s out at one time and it just got yellower so i put them back in.. although i have noticed that i have to wash my filter’s every 2 day’s cuz they fill up with stuff.. is there any way to get ride of the yellow fog, and maybe get it so im not cleaning filter’s every 2days .. if possible??
i also have a 55gal doing the same thing but its a clear fog.. and i only have about 20 inches of fish in it.. under gravel and a dual bio wheel filter..
both have been up for a good while, and filter’s are only 2 weeks old…

Goldfish Help?
please can someone help, have two goldfish since easter ’06, get on really well but in the last week or so, notice one of the tails of one of the fish has been bitten, black edging around the tail and whenever i feed them keeps getting attacked by the other goldfish and is chased manicly around the tank by the other goldfish! Is this normal, any suggestions as to what i can do? or what the prob might be? Any ideas welcomed? Thank you
