Safety of swimming with sharks in aquariums?

I would like to know how safe is it to swim with sharks in aquariums? Many aquariums offer this activity but what kind of protective equipment do people get when they enter the pool? I have seen a promotional video of Sydney aquarium and these sharks are not baby nor miniature sharks as I would have thought. Someone told me they take their teeth out but that doesn`t sound right either.
For an example Grey Nurse Sharks and Seven Gill Sharks. With Certified guide included

Hand Feeding Nishikigoi ( Koi ) 04-05-2007 Part 1

Feeding a few of the larger of 50 Nishikigoi ( Koi ) some skinned orange slices. Recorded April 5th 2007. Music: Pink Floyd – Division Bell Part 1 of 2 Sorry about the pixilation, the original is crystal clear but for whatever reason when I upload them onto Youtube from my secondary comp it comes out that way.
