tropical fish tank set up
my tropical fish tank set up with the new light In this tank are two clown loaches (more will be added shortly) Two angel fish One weather loach Two rosy red barbs A few neon tetres Four glass catfish One plec (growing by the day!)
My goldfish seem spooked!?
I bought 2 Koi Carp yesterday (only babys) to put into my tank with the 7 other goldfish i have and plec. Obviously the plecs fine because they just mind their own business but the carp are really spooked and dashing around the tank, hitting the walls and it is disturbing the goldfish as the are reacting in the same way! The carp wernt like this in the shop. Why now? Also what is best to feed them, i have give them sweetcorn and pellets.
Oh and because they are dashing around there scales are falling of when they bash into something. Please help!
JUST WANT TO STRESS TO YOU THAT THESE ARE BABY CARP, NO BIGGER THAN A GOLDFISH AND YES I KNOW WHEN THEY ARE BIGGER THEY NEED TO GO INTO A POND BUT THEY ARE NOT BIG ENOUGH YET AND IT IS TOO COLD FOR THEM BEING AS SMALL AS THEY ARE
