Ok, so we set this tank up about a month ago and allowed it to cycle, gradually adding fish. We got a good filtration system, bubbles, rock decorations, and live plants. We are checking the water periodically, but curious if our current stock is ok?

1 male betta fish
1 black moor goldfish
1 otocinclus catfish (suckerfish)
2 gold twin bar platies (moonfish)
5 neon tetras
2 inca snails
6 ghost shrimp

Are we overstocked? Understocked? We’d like to add a few more fish but not sure what else to add (we are planning to move the goldfish when he gets bigger). Other than the “1 inch per gallon” suggestion, we appreciate your ideas?

in my aquarium i have
2 florida gars
arowana
2 oscar fish 2″
3 figure 8 puffer fish
5 common goldfish
3 redbelly pacu
and a group of 7 red belly pirhanas
These suckers just keep having babys
all are in a 10 gallon aquarium
OH and i got
4 cichlids coming that im going to put in there
PLEASE TELL ME IF ITS OVERSTOCKED!!!!

are these fish compatible? are any of these tanks overstocked? or any concerns?

6 rosy red minnows (can’t upgrade, what should i do with them?)

Can i add some of the minnows to this tank? How many?

Thanks I would like to add some “middle tank swimmers” to the 29, suggestions?

I just got a 55 gallon fish tank, and I really wanted a discus, but only one. Would that be okay? I would also keep it with 9-15 cardinal/neon tetra’s, some otto’s, maybe 5-7 hatchets, and possibly a silver dollar (I dont know about the silver dollar) Would the discus be okay by himself? Is the tank overstocked? Also, would the silver dollar get along with the other fishes?
I have a aqua-clear 300gph filter
Instead of discus would a (blood)parrot fish work?
