would it be okay for me to put an arowana, a shovelnose catfish and a peacock bass in a 55 gallon aquarium while they are still small.(about 3 to 4 inches each)
when they grow im going to put them in a 250 gallon tank.
but would it be okay for me to put them in the 55 gallon while they are still small guys.

My moms silver dollars are getting a lot bigger than I thought they would, not that I knew how big they’d get. They were itty bitty babies when we got them and now one is at least 4-5″ inches long and tall. the other one is 3-4″. They live with 2) 4-5″ catfish, 2) 8″ plecos, probably around 12 or 15 mollies and 5 platys and 2) little 2″ hatchet fish in a 55 gallon. We are giving one of the plecos to a petstore near us as soon as they sell some of theirs, so don’t comment about how big plecos get, we know, we just have two because the tank came with 2 when we bought it from our neighbor. Also, does anyone know how many female betta’s can live in a 5 gallon aquarium and what else can live with them?

My mom has a 55 gallon aquarium with an 8 inch Pleco and a bunch of other fish (mostly mollies and platys and two catfish) We feed the fish 4x daily and on the last feeding (around 9 or so) we drop in about 5 algae wafers in there, the two catfish eat some of the algae, but the algae eater scares them away from it and eats what he wants and then the cat’s get to eat. Well, I have been noticing bits of mom’s live plants floating around and I thought it was the Silver Dollars because they are herbivores, but today I noticed it was moms Pleco ripping peices off of the plant and eating it. Why is he doing that when we feed him so much algae wafers?

I have them in a 10-gallon aquarium together, but everyone tells me that I should separate them.

is it okay to put a peacock bass, a silver arowana, and a lima shovelnosed catfish together in one 250 gallon aquarium.
if i can put them all together..what else can i possibly put in the tank(small to medium fish the big guys wont eat).
