Ideal set-up for my aquarium?

Right now I have a 10 gallon tank with one male betta fish, heater, air pump, and filter. I also have 3 fake plants, a fake rock set-up, and some gravel. I would like to introduce some neon tetras and cory catfish because I’ve been reading that they would get along fine with my betta in it’s aquarium. How many tetras and cories should I purchase and what else do you think I need?

what is the white- sand like medium of resun FBF-1000 aquarium canister filter made of?
what benefit does it give a marine tank? any info will help a lot, thnx

Will i need a air pump (bubble maker) to raise goldfishes and kois or will only a filter do?
i have 6 ranchu, 2 koi and one sucker/garbage fish in my 30 gallon tank…..Thank you in Advance!!!!

can you change an excisting salk water aquarium to fresh water if so how?
i have an exsisting reaf tank and i want to change it to fresh water i want to know if that is posible it has an under the tank filter system
