Clown Loaches in my 250 gallon tank swimming with other loaches

I have a 10 gallon with intentions of moving to a 55 gallon in a few months. I have a pleco, one betta, 3 tetra and one clown loach left.. and he doesn’t look like he’s going to make it. As far as I can tell everyone in the tank is now affected even though I’ve been treating them with coppersafe ( i was told this was fine for the loaches) for a week now. I’ve already lost one loach to this. I’ve moved all of them into a sterile tank that I had cycled for a week and am now doing 50% water changes twice daily to interrupt the cycle. ( as directed by pet store) I have raised the temp to 78F because I don’t know if the tetras can tolerate higher heat…. however I am almost desperate to save my last fishies and need suggestions asap as I have to go out of town next weekend and i don’t want to come back to a tank of floaters.

I guess what I want to know is..
~ can I raise the temp without hurting my tetras?
~are there any other tricks to save everyone else?

My clown loach looks like his skin is sheading, I did not think they did this. Please help.

Is Yoyo loach or clown loach the better snail eater?
