No albino frogs eat everything and anything that can go in their mouth.They can eat things even bigger than their mouth i had one and he ate all my fish and even my turtle their great pets but not compatible with any other water pets.

definitely not. goldfish are coldwater fish. frogs may be able to live with goldfish, if they are very large goldfish, such as grown orandas or lionheads, and a smaller frog, but definitely not seahorses, because they are definitely more delicate. also, they need warm water. so, basically the answer is no.
